You can get to any of the trails in Area A from the newly-marked Sovereign Trail system, which passes to the east of the house. Note that ATVs are not permitted in Arches National Park.
You can get to any of the trails in Area B from the Cotter Mine Road, which starts at the large turnout directly across Hwy 191 from the house. This road connects with the Blue Hills road, which also gives access to the Dubinky Well road and a number of other trails.
You can get to any of the trails in Area C by travelling south on the Sovereign Trail and Bar M Loop and crossing Hwy 191 at the entrance to the Bar M Chuckwagon.
